Make A Healthy Promise With Family On This 15th Of May 2016

We all have families and it might not be possible for us to consider ourselves alone without them. On the other hand there could be so many people who are living without their families. They might have lost their loved ones in some of the catastrophes or in some any other unfortunate event.


To highlight the importance of the family, every year 15th of May is observed as the international day for families by United Nation. It was proclaimed back in 1993 by the general assembly of United Nation in order to enhance the important of the attachment of several communities around the globe with their families.
 As we know such days are being observed under some specific theme. This year’s theme for the international day of families is “Families, healthy lives and sustainable future”. The theme is saying it all.

Health And Its Repercussions 

Health is indeed a blessing whether it’s your personal health or of those who are part of your family. It ensures the future of a family as well. Health of every family member has immense importance for the other member of the family. Mothers have the ultimate desire of growth for their young ones.
They use to incorporate several options in their meals every day whether it’s the solid food or nutrition drinks for weight gain for those children who are dealing with this issue being under weight. Along with physical health the mental growth of every member of a family matters a lot. The conducive family environment is very much essential for the growth of every individual especially the kids. They should be provided all the environmental comfort in which they can flourish and become able of doing something more exciting and beneficial for their future as well as for the family.  

Sometimes mental health becomes more important than physical health. The emotional stability plays an important role in the enhancement of mental health. The families’ day observance is actually to realize the importance of addressing all these related issues.
